Hey David, Waconia Rally moved to the Northeast corner in front of Hwy5 & CR10 in front of Starbucks and Jersey Mikes.

Hi David! The Waconia rally moved a few months back. We are now at the SE corner of Hwy 5 & CR10, in front of Starbucks.
