Thank you Judith and David for the updates and information, truly invaluable to keeping us steady and on course. I have a feel numbers this Saturday may have been impacted by local caucus/county meetings.

Looking for an easy way to share your opinions on the new White House Ballroom?

The National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC) is accepting written public comments on the proposed 90,000-square-foot ballroom addition until tomorrow, Wednesday, March 4, at noon E.T. (11 am Central/9 am Pacific)

They are inviting people to submit comments to the National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC) here: https://www.ncpc.gov/participate/guidelines/.

For ideas, Google: "national capital planning commission white house ballroom design alternatives" or "white house ballroom design alternatives" or "exploring design alternatives for a more sensitive White House ballroom." Each of those searches yield slightly different suggestions. Then you can cut, paste, and adjust the language to your liking.

For example: I did not know the current design destroys a significant number of historic trees and would impact, if not destroy the Jacqueline Kennedy Garden.

Leaving the comment was super easy!

The deadline is Wednesday, March 4, at noon ET.
