Thank you for keeping us informed and creating a space where we can feel supported and united.

Minnesotans are showing the world how to be resistant and courageous and determined to stand up for each other as we fight for everyone’s rights and our Democracy.

We the people must stay strong and we will win this fight.

Stay strong and carry on.

With gratitude for all you continue to do ❤️

Thank you, Judith. I look forward to your reporting. I broke my ankle last week, so, will not be present in Chaska for awhile. I follow you and the Chaska protest family. I will join you as soon as I am able. May it be in celebration or if not, in our determination. We will be free

You are absolutely spot on with every word Judith. The thing that defeats fear is action. The action you take depends on your means and ability... but take action. Cowering and hiding only creates more fear. Oppression and fear don’t disappear because we outthink them—they loosen their grip when we move. Action doesn’t have to be loud or heroic to be real; it just has to be yours. A phone call, a boundary you finally name, a skill you practice, a neighbor you check on, a truth you say out loud—each one is proof that your life is not up for negotiation. Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can. Momentum is built from steps, not speeches—and every step is a vote for the world you’re trying to live in.

I've been feeling a civic duty to stand up for our rights, but became emotionally overwhelmed. Tired of looking over my shoulder with suspicion, scanning my rearview mirror to see if the SUV tail-gaiting me was ICE. Yesterday, I decided to go up north near Hibbing / Virginia for a couple of days. A rented SUV with tinted windows and Arkansas plates idled at the local gas station. The tension returned; in truth, it never left. We cannot escape it. Won't be free until they leave. Coming home today. (Thank you, Judith & others for your leadership and communication)

Just in case this might be helpful, the number for the Congressional Switchboard is: 202-224-3121 Call that number and give your zipcode. The operator will tell you who your representatives in Congress are, and then you can be directly connected to them by phone. If you call during office hours, you can speak with one of their aides, or after-hours you can leave a 1-minute voicemail.

In Minnesota, our Senators are Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith.

Amy's contact info can be found here: https://www.congress.gov/member/amy-klobuchar/K000367

And Tina's contact info can be found here: https://www.congress.gov/member/tina-smith/S001203

You can also find both your House and State Reps by entering your address here: https://gis.lcc.mn.gov/iMaps/districts/

Call them, email them, tag them on social media and comment on their posts! Make sure to tell them you are a constituent, they will take your feedback more seriously if they know you are a voter in the district they represent.
